Fear and failure
Failure, fear of humiliation, fear of disapproval - that most severely affects a student's capacity for intellectual growth. External motivation – rewards such as grades and gold stars – reinforces children’s fears of failing exams and receiving disapproval from the adults in their lives.
Rather than learning the actual content of the lessons, students learn how to avoid embarrassment. This atmosphere of fear not only quells a child's love of learning and suppresses his native curiosity, but also makes him afraid of taking chances and risks which may be necessary for true learning to occur.

The role of parents in education
Parent-teacher conference idea may not be enough to overcome obstacles of parental involvement in schools.
Some parents feel that they are too busy with work or other activities to play an active role in their students learning and education. They may feel that education is solely the teacher's responsibility. Other parents may really want to get involved but may be afraid of stepping on the teacher's toes or simply do not know how to become more involved. By enhancing communication and providing clear routes for parents to become more active in their children's educational experiences, teachers can build a positive relationship for everyone involved.

Study is boring?
As students we are must study hard to get high score. Especially, when the semester comes to a close, many of us are looking ahead to the dreaded final exams. We have to remember everything from the classes we slept through, read books we never even bought, and somehow convince our bodies that sleep just isn’t that important. Or, we could study less, even have a little fun, and still do well on exams, just by tweaking how we study.
We will go crazy when we must memories everything we have learnt. So, we just spent few minutes for study because we felt so bore. It’s make we will difficulty to answer the question on exam and maybe will make we fail. So, we will found to make our study more interesting and will make our study more fun.
As I’ve mentioned before, most people don’t study effectively by sitting and reading notes over and over, until they’re fried in our brains. This will make us being stress when we must reading and memorize 50 page study guide you wrote for your exam. So, we must find another way to make our study more interesting

How to make studying fun?
At studying we will easy to feel boring. Because, we must to reading book or notes over and over again and memorize everything we have learnt at the class. It’s relatively easy to tweak your study habits ever so slightly, and make studying more interesting, efficient and effective. There are many of ways out there, but I’ll give you five that have worked for me. They’re all more interesting than sitting and reading notes over and over.
- Form a study group. Find friends that are taking the same classes as you and set up a day or two after school each week where you get together to study. Alternate the house that you use, so everyone gets their turn at hosting. Create fun ways for your study group to learn the material, such as making a game with questions related to the class you are studying for.
2. Repetitive Repetition. Take everything you have done in the semester. Notes, homework, papers, etc. Now fit all of that onto one page, front and back. Fill it with the information you really need to know. This will inform how you study, as well as help you look past the pointless details and really get to the heart of the information.
- Play your favorite type of music quietly in the background while studying. Playing the music loud creates a distraction from studying, but having the music playing quietly might help you to study. If the room is quiet while you are studying, it is easier to get distracted by room noises, such as a ticking clock.
- Reading place. It’s more fun if we study on cozy place. The place is quite, the light is bright we will more easy to concentrate if we learn on the comfortable place.
- Keep some snacks, chocolate or ice cream on hand for study time. Much on some fruit, raw vegetables, nuts, or popcorn to keep you energized and makes studying more fun.
